Job Summary:
As a Water Damage and Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional restoration and cleaning services. This position offers hands-on experience, comprehensive training, and room to grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform water damage mitigation, restoration services, and carpet cleaning projects with precision and care.
Communicate professionally with customers to address questions and ensure satisfaction.
Set up, monitor, and maintain equipment and tools for each project.
Document work progress and complete all required paperwork accurately.
Keep company vehicles stocked, clean, and organized with necessary tools and supplies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma (or GED) required.
Previous experience in water damage mitigation, carpet cleaning, or related services is a plus, but not required—training is provided.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Basic math skills to determine equipment needs.
Basic computer skills for logging activities and reporting.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
